We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer to repair, replace, or give a full store credit. Unused merchandise can only be returned by the recipient for KDS credit, for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product. To initiate a store return in return for a replair or replacement, please contact Customer Care at support@keydesignstudios.us or 800.539.9417, or your local Design Shop for assistance obtaining a return assistance authorization.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility. Timing of store credit may depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payment you used doing the time of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for retaining original packaging or supplying their own equivalent packaging for return.Items received with postage due will be returned to sender.Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Key Design Studios does not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders, custom upholstery, custom cushions, or customer's own material (COM) pieces. A 50% non-refundable deposit is charged on custom item(s) at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% is charged when the item ships.

Key Design Studios does not accept returns on the following items by any means: gift certificates, fabric swatches, wallpaper, art collections, nursery cribs, or any previously installed lighting or high-end furiture pieces.

Our design shops are unable to accept any physical merchandise returns. All items purchased at our outlets, or any floor model purchases in our design shops are sold "As Is," without warranty, and cannot be returned.

All prices in our catalog collections, online, and in our Design Shops are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Key Design Studios has made every effort to ensure accurate information is presented in our online store, catalogs, and in our Design Shops; omissions and errors are subject to correction. 

Key Design Studios "do not" charge your credit card until your order has shipped. Some orders are fulfilled in multiple shipments. In such cases, the total shipping fee is usually charged at the time of the first shipment. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Backordered items will ship as soon as they are returned to stock and our system will automatically reauthorize your card prior to shipping. Please note that, in certain cases, custom orders may require a deposit at the time of order placement.

We are excited to offer a single Flat Rate Delivery charge for Fedex Small, Medium and Large delivery methods. For Doorstep and Room of Choice we offer a range of flat rates based on your delivery destination. Our flat rates allow for unlimited eligible units to be shipped to one address in the United States, per delivery type, per order.  All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

We ship FedEx items as they are available. If your order contains a mix of FedEx Large and Home Delivery items, we may automatically upgrade and consolidate shipments to provide the best delivery experience possible.
