Pick one room, multiple rooms or the whole house, and our designers will understand your needs and email a custom Design Delivered Plan. Each plan includes sourced furniture, material selections, fabrics, color selections, remodeling finishes, a detailed floor plan, and a shopping list ready for you to implement.

Key Design Studios analyze the needs of the project and the homeowners. We also dig deeply into the space and understand everything required to make it come together. We'll start to explore the budget with you and you'll meet all the key team members.
02 CONCEPT
Key Design Studios will start to open the minds and explore the possibilities. We will start to introduce the conceptual direction we see unfolding. We'll polish the design direction until it fits and start to work on floor plan arrangements.
03 DEVELOPMENT
Key Design Studios will select and spatial refinement. We're focused on transforming, and infusing your space with a fresh, visually captivating design to reflect you. We will also coordinate with other consultants that everything needed is lined up and ready to get to work.
04 REVISIONS
Key Design Studios focus on an aesthetic overhaul, our objective is to infuse your space with a curated design style. We'll integrate your preferred color schemes, textures, and elements to create an ambiance that harmonizes with your vision and personality by offering revisions.
05 CONSTRUCTION
Key Design Studios will bring the Drawings, specifications and details to life here is where all things are created and issued for each phase of the tendering and construction process. We continue to refine the design as we go.
06 TENDER
Key Design Studios goal is to design a space that resonates emotionally, ensuring it's a haven that aligns with your desired ambiance. We'll focus on creating an environment that fosters comfort, serenity, or energy, tailoring it to evoke the emotions you seek in your daily living.
07 PROCURMENT
Key Design Studios aim is to optimize space functionality, ensuring every corner serves a purpose, to enhance convenience and usability. Tailoring the ambiance to resonate with your emotions, we strive to create an environment that feels uniquely yours.
08 DELIVERY
Key Design Studios delivers site reviews and site instructions while the construction phase is underway. We address all general and specific concerns during this phase. We also put the finishing touches on every aspect of the project as the final step to completion.
09 POST PROCESS
Key Design Studios ask if we can post your project process. However, All personal data gathered during the course of your project is considered highly confidential and will be treated with the utmost care. This applies to information regarding our clients, the design work being implemented and all financial information.
